Holiday treats from Elkins Resort
We know a big draw of staying at Elkins Resort on Priest Lake is our on-site dining but know during the holidays it can be hard to have such a cozy cabin without the smell of freshly baked holiday treats ready for snacking!
We rounded up some of our favorite holiday recipes that you can bake in your cabin at Elkins Resort this winter as a sweet follow-up to dinner or to pair with that delicious bottle of wine you picked up.
Most of these dessert recipes are five ingredients or less or even no-bake to make it super easy to prepare in your cabin’s kitchen – and less clean up.

Rolo cookies with sea salt
Trust us, you won’t be leaving these out for Santa – though you’d permanently be on the good list if you do! These cookies perfectly pair chocolate and gooey caramel with a touch of sea salt to balance out the sweetness.

Peanut butter squares
If you think you had your fill of peanut butter and chocolate over Halloween, think again! Savor the rich peanut butter flavor and decadent chocolate shell on this fan favorite dish – it’ll probably go faster than you expect. Bonus points for this recipe as it’s only five ingredients and no baking required, you’ll just have to be patient as they chill in the fridge.

S’mores nachos
Cozy up around the fireplace and dig into a heaping pile of nachos – s’mores nachos that is. Only five ingredients are needed for this creative creation and though the bake time is a bit longer than your typical s’more over a campfire, we think it’s well worth the wait.
