Summer Rates are - July & August, Weekly rentals only
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. We request a 2 night minimum during Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit Covered and uncovered boat slips available to guests, covered $18/night, uncovered $12/night All cabins feature baths and equipped with kitchens. All bed linens and kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.Towels and soap are not provided during the summer season. BBQ's are provided at each cabin during the summer . Fireplace cabins are supplied with one load of wood daily. Additional fire wood is available for a fee. Cabins do not accommodate extra persons. Prior approval is required and extra persons will be charged $15.00 per night. PET POLICY: Because of the additional cost of maintenance and cleaning directly related to pets, there is an additional charge per of $15.00 per night or $105.00 per week. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please pickup after you pet. CANCELLATION POLICY: Summer and Holidays require a 90 day cancellation notice. Fall, winter and spring reservations require at least 1 week prior notice of cancellation. If the cancellation notice does not fall within the stated time limit, the deposit will be refunded only if the cabin is re-rented. A $25.00 service charge will be subtracted from all refunds. Guests are responsible for the number of nights reserved. If the guest is unable to use the entire reservation, payment of all nights is still required. |
